This 5 month advanced management course is designed specifically for managers and practice owners to come together as a leadership team and up-skill their management processes. Every vision needs the whole team on board but you have to have the knowledge in systems to support your vision plans to be able to empower your team. The course is delivered by the passionate Horton team, Laura and Michael, who understand the systems and their specific relationship to dentistry. Over a 5 month period you will learn not only theory but also a practical application of elements in the workshops that will provide you with the confidence in providing some of the more difficult skills to master like HR. The 6 days cover leadership, financial, marketing, sales and HR systems. This programme is ultimately designed to support practice managers and owners who wish to grow their business combined with the approach of enhancing your work life balance.

Laura Horton
Laura has been successfully working with dentists and their teams since 2005 and through her own company since 2008. She has a 'sleeves rolled up' attitude and thrives in her unique hands on style of delivery.
Michael Bentley
Michael has a business diploma in Distribution Management and has over 15 years' experience as a Practice Manager. He also has over 7 years' experience working as a Treatment Co-ordinator and is a qualified and GDC registered DCP.
